Schwalbe Marathon Almotion Pro Tyres is for riders who still want to cover ground quickly. It is the folding PRO version — a clincher we spec on trekking and light-touring bikes that see more sealed road than dirt.

The tread is more agile than a Plus model. It still has the Marathon family’s touring shape, so it does not feel like a skinny road tyre on a loaded bike.

Foldable construction keeps rotating weight down compared with a wire Marathon. That shows up on long days out of Melbourne, Canberra or the ranges more than on a short shop run.

We keep Pro sizes in the Tour list for customers who asked for Almotion specifically. Pair it with a quality tube and check pressure before a tour, not after.
