Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $150.

For all orders under $150 a standard shipping charge of $12 will apply, unless in-store collection is selected.

The shipping cost will be shown when you go to checkout to complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders received before 5:00pm for items in stock will be dispatched the following business day.

Out of stock or order in items will be dispatched the same day the item has been received from the supplier.

Customers will be notified via email or by phone with a revised dispatch date for any items that have not been dispatched within 2 business days of receipt.

In-Store Collection

In-Store Collection or Click & Collect provides you the option to purchase online and pickup at one of our three store locations.

You will be notified via email or by phone once your purchase is ready for collection. Please allow up to 2 business days.

Carrier Service

StarTrack is our freight carrier. Where goods will fit into a 1kg, 3kg, or 5kg satchel, your order will be sent via StarTrack Premium Service. For items that are bigger, they will be sent via StarTrack Road Express Service. You will be provided with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

Premium Service: Delivery will usually be the next day for metro areas. Please allow an extra 1 – 2 business days for regional areas.

Road Express Service: Please allow 2 – 7 business days (including metro and regional areas).

We can also deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Damage

Please check the condition of the goods before signing. If you are in any doubt about their condition, then please do not sign for it “In good order and condition.” Simply reject the delivery and we will send you a replacement.

Dangerous Goods

Goods deemed to be dangerous goods will be sent via Road Express. This will include CO2 canisters, aerosols, lubricants and oils.
